Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Graduate. You will work across multiple areas of this dynamic marketing team with a goal to assist primarily in the growth of the brand's organic and paid social media audiences. You will assist the marketing team on the development of the brand and will be involved in all areas of digital marketing including content creation (ie. blog writing), campaign implementation, assisting with organisation, research, management reporting, social media account management, and content/marketing performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

‍

Implementation of SEO optimisation strategies for all content marketing/posts
Copywriting for our Roqqett Blog
Content planning, ideas development, scheduling and management
Design compelling, high-quality cross-platform social media graphics, blog posts, artwork, videos for our content marketing plan
Support brand messaging ideation
Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalise on those trends through our social media accounts

Research

‍

Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space
Current trends research
Conduct keyword research
Competitor activity research & reports
Influencer outreach: Identifying, sourcing and managing influencers for collaboration

Reporting

‍

Provide accurate site traffic, content & campaign performance analysis & reporting
Manage & update weekly digital marketing trends report
Provide accurate reports and analysis (using social media insights & web analytics software)

Required Skills

Essential

‍

Enthusiasm: This is key to getting into our team
Energy: Roqqett has a lot to achieve, it will not be easy, high energy levels are essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills- the ability to research and write engaging content that resonates with our consumer audience and brand values
Good copywriting skills (a plus, if you’ve worked on or managed a blog site in the past)
Good proofreading skills
Good presentation skills, both creating and presenting decks.
Active user of at least 2 social media platforms
Knowledge of social media platforms best practices and audience engagement
A proactive candidate who can comfortably work on their own through an understanding of the marketing teams needs and the company brands values
Experience in using social media platforms on a regular basis: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit etc
Aware of the social landscape and new popular emerging social platforms
Ability to contribute to new ideas and content
Research skills & database management
Excellent organisation, database & information management skills
