Overview:
Tesco Mobile is a Network provider for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Its unique selling proposition is to provide good value mobile contract plans as well as a variety of Pay As You Go options.
If you want to switch to another network provider and keep your number, you'll need to get your PAC. Simply Text ‘PAC’ to 65075 for free from your Tesco Mobile phone.
If you don’t want your number when switching providers, you need a STAC code. Simply text ‘STAC’ to 75075 for free from your Tesco Mobile phone.
Once you get your PAC or STAC code you can either call 4455 from your Tesco telephone OR call 0345 301 4455 to cancel your contract.
Log into your Tesco account and Select ‘‘View or Change my account details’. Finally scroll down to the bottom of the page and select ‘Leaving Tesco Mobile?’ and follow the steps to confirm cancellation.
