How to cancel
on eBay

Steps to follow:

1. Login to your eBay account, here
2. Go to your account
3. Click on 'items you've sold'
4. Select item you'd like to cancel
5. Confirm item cancellation

Tips, you can cancel the order if:

• You haven't sent the item and the buyer asks you to cancel the order
• You have fewer items in stock than you thought
• The buyer purchased the item using the wrong delivery address
• 4 calendar days have passed since the purchase date and the buyer hasn't paid. You'll see this option to cancel only when the order is eligible

Checklist before you close your eBay account:

1. Have you made a transaction recently?
   
   ‍If you've made a transaction in the last 30 days, eBay will keep your account open for 60 days to ensure all transactions have gone through.
2. Is your account balance zero?
   
   ‍Make sure to withdraw all funds on your account, and make sure all fee's are paid.

Steps to follow:

1. Sign in to your eBay account, here
2. Go to your account, in the top right hand corner.
   
   Scroll to the bottom of the tab
3. Click 'Delete my account'
4. Select item you'd like to cancel
5. Provide a reason why you wish to leave. It will try to solve your reason for leaving, continue to click through
6. Confirm you wish to delete your account.
