EE Broadband contracts run for an average of 18 months, as a fixed contract. After this, your contract is converted to a rolling monthly contract.

Request to switch to a new broadband supplier. Your new broadband provider will liaise with EE for you.
Remember that you must give 30 days notice before your contract is terminated. If you have EE TV, you will be sent a return box to send back your EE TV Box, within 30 days. If you don’t send it back, you will be charged £175. However, you are able to keep your EE Router.
