Log into your Amazon Prime account (desktop or on mobile)
Click on the top right hand corner, Hello “Sara” Accounts & Lists)
Scroll down the drop hand list to find “Your Prime Membership”.
Click “End membership” and confirm "end membership". NOTE: You’ll have to confirm three times that you want to cancel your membership.
Amazon will prompt you to get a monthly subscription, pause your subscription and get a reminder when it charges you. Make sure to click no, and finish on the screen which says “Your subscription is cancelled”.
Click “Update, cancel and more” under membership.
