In my spare time I enjoy crossfit, cycling, skiing, cooking anything low 'n slow on my Big Green Egg, and (trying) to play the piano. Love hiking with my dog, accompanied by some friends and discovering new places in the beautiful countryside around Bath. I have held endurance cycling world records. Am a British Crossfit champ (scaled!). Still hold the record for the largest fish caught where I grew up in Leitrim, Ireland.
