I have been building and running finance and technology companies for 25 years, giving me the ideal background to start a fintech company. In finance, I built a global foreign exchange derivative business for Barclays. In technology, I have been a founder, investor, advisor and executive for technology start-ups in areas as diverse as robotics and AI. I returned to finance to apply my technology and business building skills to make payments better for both consumers and merchants. That is the driving force behind Roqqett.

Hobbies
Love food and cooking. I am an RFU rugby coach and coach a kids rugby team. I love winter sports and I am a keen snowboarder. Taking up surfing but am still learning the craft. 🏉

Slow-cooked lamb shoulder done in middle eastern spices, served with fresh flatbreads 🧆
Favourite Movie
I would still have to go with Pulp Fiction, the best Tarantino movie IMHO, loads of classic scenes, dialogue and an amazing soundtrack 📽️
